What is non-emergency medical transportation?
Scheduled rides for people who need help getting to medical care but aren't in an emergency — for example, riders who use a wheelchair, can't drive, or are recovering from a procedure.
Do you accept insurance or Medi-Cal?

Can a family member or caregiver ride along?
Usually, yes — just tell us when you book so we can plan for it.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for recurring rides like dialysis. For same-day rides, call us to check availability.
